Trunomi uses Google Analytics only as a simple first-party data analytics tool that allows us to learn about the site’s SEO performance and what pages are and are not being visited. This allows us to give you relevant context as we are a B2B SaaS company in the Data Privacy Space, hence we follow a Non-Intrusive and Privacy-Friendly Use of Google Analytics.

We do not share any information with any 3rd party. Period

To protect Trunomi from Fraudulent requests and Bots, we utilise Google Captcha to ensure a human is submitting the form. AI hasn’t completely taken over yet so we still value human to human contact, even if virtual.

Opt Out – At this moment with Bots and scam increasing all around the world, we have no option to optout. Luckily the form is completely optional to fill out, if you do not want to particpate with Google Captcha, you can connect with Trunomi through our LinkedIn page.

A note on Retention periods

We will keep your personal data in connection with the services/products you have bought for 6 years after the last purchase. We need to retain this data for our own accounting purposes and for legal and tax purposes.
